How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, to keep pieces looking their best for longer I do NOT recommend storing them in humid places, direct sunlight or open air. Getting your stones wet can potentially damage them. I do not replace pieces for damage done to stones after receiving them.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept cancelations, return or exchanges. Please contact me immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your piece after receiving it.

Chains

Chains are delicate and general wear and tear may damage them over time, I do not replace chains that get damaged, but if you receive your chain and it has existing damage please contact me. Otherwise replacement chains can usually be purchased if I have them in stock.
